Fronting a leafy terrace and set back from a bustling street in the centre of Makati, SALA is a haven for gourmands and casual diners alike.

After a decade of serving great tasting modern European food in the old city of Manila, restaurateur Colin Mackay moved Sala to Makati in 2007. This intimate restaurant seats 40 guests in a refreshingly modern and sophisticated space surrounded by stylish interiors just minutes walk from the Greenbelt Park, Ayala Museum and many top international hotels.

Regarded as one of the finest European dining rooms in the city, the underlying theme of quality and freshness is upheld throughout every item on the menu from the homemade breads, classical favourites and creative Mediterranean cooking to the indulgent house desserts. The clean simplicity of the interior pays homage to the original design featuring a dramatic long sofa, smoked mirror accents and native Kamagong wood veneers.
